Alison Doody

Alison Doody, born in Dublin 1966, was the daughter of a wealthy family. The youngest of the children of three. At a convent, she developed an appreciation for art. After that, she went to The National College of Fine Arts in Dublin, but left because she was not motivated and decided to have a break to consider the idea. As she was sitting with friends in a restaurant where a photographer walked in, she was demanded to be a model. In the hopes that she would make some pocket money from the business, she decided to accept. In no time, she began working professional as model. Modeling contracts led to commercials, and she also traveled around the world. The casting director saw her modeling talent and advised her to pursue acting. The director sent her to London aged 19 and was quickly selected for an audition to play in the upcoming James Bond film, A View to a Kill (1985). Acting was her passion so she chose to work as an actor. She was a part of TV dramas both in London and Dublin after her debut film. Her biggest breakthrough came when she was cast as the lead in Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade in the role of Aryan seductress, Elsa Schneider. Elsa Schneider. Alison Alison Alison
