Hershberger's career in entertainment began when she was age five, and she began participating in the community and regional theater. As she entered college, Hershberger did some commercial jobs and was an intern with the Pennsylvania Shakespeare Festival. Hershberger was released from Pennsylvania in 2005 and began an career in entertainment. In the course of this time, Hershberger entered the internet scene and appeared on many YouTube channels like IGN, Fandom, Smosh, Rhett and Link, TheFineBros, Nerdist, and other. Hershberger first made a success in the web world with the announcement that, in March of 2012, she was hired as a host by DeFranco Creative and Business Inc. to be a host of SourceFed. In February of 2013, Hershberger, along with her co-hosts from SourceFed were awarded one of the awards for Series of the Year (An An Audience Choice Award) during the 3rd Annual Streamy Awards and won Best News and Culture Series the following year, at the fourth Annual Streamy Awards.
